CLUB AND GROUP COAHING
Working with small groups allows us to develop technique and sessions at a different angle. Looking at how we react to each others movements and ideas as well as working on communication. Of course, group sessions are also great for 1 v 1 challenges!
Fisher Brothers - Distribution and Shooting
Every so often, two of our 1:1 clients are a good match for a small game at the end of a session. When they are brothers, it just adds a little extra spice to the competition. Jamie (GK) and Tom, finished off another 1:1 programme with a game that tested their accuracy when passing / distributing and then their shooting and saving!
Enya and Katie - 1:1 FFPC Shoot Out Challenge
Enya and Katie both play for Rustington Raiders Girls Football Club Under 13s. Away from a Enya's Development Programme, the girls came to us for a one-off shooting session. In the first half of the session we worked on passing and link-up play before finishing with a tense shoot out. Some great strikes in here!
The Wroe Brothers - 1:1 FFPC Shoot Out Challenge
Not only was it high-scoring but it was a brother versus brother contest as Daniel and Thomas Wroe battled hard to have the family bragging rights over the festive period. Stuffed with goals and decorated with some sparkling technique, this is definitely worth a watch!
Rustington Raiders - 1:1 FFPC Shoot Out Challenge
Just before Christmas we had a day session with 5 girls from Rustington Raiders. Here is a selection of the great strikes from when they took on the 1:1 FFPC Shoot Out challenge. This drill challenges players to aim right into the corners, keepers would have a hard time saving some of these efforts!
