1:1 COACHING

We have found there is many reasons why you may want to start a 1:1 course with us and we have designed a range of packages to make it easy for you to pick one that best suits your targets. Using our experience of 1:1 coaching and our vision to make the coaching the most productive available, we have designed the following sections for our Programmes.

We have three sections to our 1:1 coaching Programmes. Play to Progress, Core Training Programmes and Football Fitness. Each section offers different aspects of our delivery and allows us to help you in different ways.

  • Perfect for 4 - 7 year olds

  • Start to build and develop the basic football techniques and skills

  • LEARN THROUGH PLAY

  • For all ages and abilities

  • An environment to develop and master skills and techniques

  • Opportunity to focus on key aspects of an individuals game 

  • Work through challenging drills and apply them in game like situations

  • Set targets, develop skills and see results!

  • Lose the tedium of fitness and do it with a ball at your feet

  • For all ages and abilities

  • A defined Programme set to help you achieve your fitness goals

  • Football based fitness drills

  • Pre and post Programme test to see results

Waiting List: 

Current List - 2 people

 

 

Our waiting list has been implemented as we have reached a maximum point with our 1:1 time slots. We will add you on to our waiting list if the slot you are looking for is not free, or will not be available in coming weeks. 

 

We will aim to keep you up to date with the potential time slots available via email. 

 

 

Time Slots: 

Once you have started your Programme with us, we ask that in the final week of your Programme you indicate whether or not you would like to continue with the 1:1 Coaching and if you would like to carry on in the same time slot. If we do not hear from you in this final week, we will look to move a waiting client into this slot. 

 

You are more than welcome to have a break of up to 2 weeks between courses, again, we just ask that this is made clear in the final week of your current Programme.

 

RAIN AND CANCELLATIONS

Weather:

When the weather turns, we do out best to keep sessions on but taking into account the playing surface, the age of client and weather forecast we will make a decision an hour before your session at the latest if we are to call it off. You are more than welcome to postpone the session if you feel you or your son/daughter would not benefit from a session in the forecast weather. We do, however, reserve the right to not replace the cancelled session, if we feel it could have gone ahead. 

 

If the weather becomes very bad during the first half of the session (up to 30 minutes) we will postpone the session and add it onto the end of your current Programme. If the session has made it into the final half, we will add the remaining time of the session onto your next session.

 

Cancellations:

If you are unable to make your session please inform us at the latest, an hour before the start time of your session. If we are informed with less than an hour prior to the session, we reserve the right to not reschedule this session.

 

We do our best to stay as flexible as possible with our 1:1 sessions and will always do our best to fit your sessions in and around other sessions.
